Dave Matthews Band rocking a new tour in 2012, summer dates announced
One of the most successful touring rock bands, Dave Matthews Band are back on the road in 2012. After taking 2011 off the road, DMB will embark on a full North American tour beginning May 18 at Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion in Woodlands, TX.
DMB's last studio album was 2009's Big Whiskey And The GrooGrux King and they also released live albums in 2010 and 2011. According to their press release, the guys recently started working on their next studio album with long-time producer Steve Lillywhite. More news soon on when that album drops. Big Whiskey and the GrooGrux King debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 in 2009 and it was the band's fifth consecutive album to do so.
An online presale for members of the DMB Warehouse Fan Association will begin this Thursday, February 16, at 10:00 AM ET at www.warehouse.davematthewsband.com. Tickets for the tour go on sale to the general public on Friday, March 9th. Check out in here Dave Matthews BAND 2012 SUMMER TOUR Dates:
