Bruce Springsteen Announced new album 'Wrecking Ball' and released first single
Rock and folk legend, Bruce Springsteen has announced the title and also revealed the track list of his 17th studio effort "Wrecking Ball". Scheduled to drop March 6th with Columbia Records, the album includes 11 tracks and two bonus tracks.
Bruce included on the album three previous songs that he performed live during his concerts last year, and also made available the first single on the album entitled "We Take Care Of Our Own". Rolling Stone reports that the album was produced by Ron Aniello, who has also worked an albums of Candlebox, Jars of Clay and on the last LP of Springsteen's wife, Pati Scialfa. It will feature some outside artists, such as Tom Morello, and possibly former Pearl Jam drummer Matt Chamberlain. About the album, Springsteen's manager Jon Landau told Rolling Stone that the record is an ambitious "big-picture piece of work. It's a rock record that combines elements of both Bruce's classic sound and his Seeger Sessions experience, with new textures and styles."

At the same time, Springsteen announced he will be joining the E Street Band's US tour this summer.
