50 Cent gives nutrition and weight loss tips in a fitness book

Curtis James Jackson III aka 50 Cent, a well known rapper and actor is also releasing himself in the literature world. While filming for his upcoming movie, Fifty penned a health book as a consequence of his 54 pounds weight loss in about nine weeks of diet while he was on the set for his role as football player suffering of cancer "All Things Fall Apart". Through the weeks, he went on a liquid diet and ran on treadmill three hours a day.

50 Cent's fitness book is titled "Formula 50: A 6-Week Total Body Transformation Plan" and it's set to be published in January 2013 by Avery Books.

The rapper wants to "make positive changes and take charge of their overall health." There will be metabolic resistance training as the key to get in shape and nutrition guide. Jeff O'Connell, editor-in-chief of Bodybuilding.com, will be the co-writer.

His December 2011 mixtape is called "The Big 10" and includes 10 tracks, and two bonus tracks. He also announced on Twitter that he will be filming videos for each track on the album.
