CAREER
Competed in nine games while making five starts in his rookie season. Collared 23 tackles (12 solo) while adding one interception and one pass defensed. Made his first career NFL start vs. Houston (9/30) and tallied two tackles. Started at defensive tackle and recorded a season-high six tackles, one pass defensed and his first career interception at Tennessee (10/7) for a defense that produced a season-high five turnovers. Placed on Injured Reserve on (11/20) after suffering a knee injury against Tampa Bay (11/18).
COLLEGE
Collared 156 tackles, 10 sacks, 23 tackles for loss, three forced fumbles, two fumble recoveries and two passes defensed in his collegiate career at Washburn. Finished with 62 tackles, four sacks, 10 tackles for loss, two passes defensed, one forced fumble and one blocked kick in 11 starts in 2006. Named second team All-MIAA after collecting 31 tackles including three for loss with a forced fumble, fumble recovery and blocked punt in 2004.

Was an honorable mention All-Class 6A, second-team all-city, and all-centennial league at Washburn Rural High School in Topeka, KS. Named the team’s defensive MVP his senior season. Born on May 23, 1985. Son of Verna Chapman and Wynn Lewis.
