Sione "Bo" Sonasi Pouha is an American football defensive lineman for the National Football League New York Jets.

2005 (JETS) Appeared in 14 games, recording 10 tackles (seven solo) and one pass defensed. SEASON HIGHLIGHTS: (1/1 vs. BUF)…Rotated in on the defensive line and was credited with two solo tackles and his first-career pass defensed. (9/11 at KC)…Notched one tackle in his first NFL game.

BEFORE THE NFL

◊ Signed a letter of intent with Utah in 1997, before leaving for a Mormon mission to Pittsburgh (1998-2000).
◊ Started 10 games and earned first-team all-conference as a senior in 2004, after finishing with 36 tackles, four passes defensed and one interception…Helped Utah to the 2005 Fiesta Bowl as part of the Bowl Championship Series.
◊ Earned USA Today honorable mention All-America honors as a senior at Salt Lake City East (UT) HS in 1996.
