Shann Schillinger is an American football safety for the Atlanta Falcons of the National Football League. He was drafted by the Falcons in the sixth round of the 2010 NFL Draft.

Selected as a sixth round (171st pick overall) draft choice by Atlanta in 2010.

CAREER
Competed in 57 career games and totaled 255 tackles, 19 passes defensed and 10 interceptions at Montana.

2009 SEASON
In 15 games played, totaled 90 tackles, four interceptions for 24 yards and six passes defensed. Helped Montana in reach the NCAA Division I National Championship game (lost to Villanova).

2008 SEASON
Started all 16 games and was Montana's second leading tackler with 108 stops. Also added 10 passes defensed, two forced fumbles, two fumble recoveries and four interceptions. Was a second-team All-Big Sky selection and was the recipient of the school's Tony Barbour Award for the player who best exemplifies Grizzly football. Posted an impressive 12 tackles (seven solo) and one forced fumble in Montana's 35-27 FCS semifinal win at James Madison (12/12). Compiled a two-interception game against Idaho State (11/15)

2007 SEASON
Saw action in 12 contests and totaled 43 tackles, one INT and three passes defensed. Was tied with two other teammates with two fumble recoveries.

2006 SEASON
Competed in 14 contests and tallied 14 tackles and one interception.

PERSONAL
Attended Baker High School in Montana and was a two-time all-state selection. His teams combined for a 49-1 overall record. As a senior, passed for 1,059 yards with 15 touchdowns and rushed for 650 yards with 14 TDs. Was a team captain for the East squad in Montana's annual East-West Shrine Game.
