Sam Williams is an American football linebacker for the Oakland Raiders of the National Football League.

PRO: Explosive back spent majority of 2008 season on the Raiders practice squad.

2009: Saw action in seven games for Seattle, carried the ball 8 times for 36 yards and caught 5 passes for 33 yards.

2008: Signed to active roster on 12/13…Inactive for final three games of the season from 12/14-28…Signed by Raiders as an undrafted rookie free agent in May, 2008.

COLLEGE:

Totaled 2,480 yards with 11 touchdowns and averaged 5.1 yards per carry in his career at Washington…Also produced 205 receiving yards and two touchdowns…In 2007, totaled 1,294 yards, good for fifth on the Husky record books for season yardage…Named to All-Pac-10 second team…Third Washington running back to have two 200-yard games in a career…Ranked second in Pac-10 in all purpose yards and second in Washington history with 2,396 yards.
