Royce Woolridge is an American college basketball player who is now playing as a guard for the Kansas Jayhawks.

Played at Sunnyslope High School in Phoenix where the 26-3 Vikings were state runners-up in 4A in 2009-10... Won state his junior year... Played for coach Danny Mannix at Sunnyslope... Averaged 30.2 points, 6.5 rebounds and 2.9 assists his senior season... Scored 30 or more points in 13 games his senior year, including 34 in the state title game against McClintock in 2009-10...Sunnyslope was the conference champion in 2008-09 and 2009-10... Averaged 28.5 points and 5.3 rebounds per game as a junior, including 32 ppg in four state tourney victories... Was tabbed as The Arizona Republic's Big School (Class 4A-5A) Player of the Year following the 2008-09 season... Best high school game was a 52-point effort during his junior year.

Godfather is Negele Knight who played in the NBA for 10 seasons from 1991-99... Great uncle is Naismith Basketball Hall of Fame member Willis Reed who played 10 seasons for the New York Knicks (1965-74)...
