Pinky Sarkan better known as Meenakshi , is an Indian film actress, who mainly appears in Tamil language films. She is probably best known for her performance as Raasathi in her debut film Karuppusamy Kuththagaithaarar.

Pinky Sarkar alias Meenakshi, a new girl from Kolkata, has made a big splash in Kollywood with her debut film 'Karupusamy Kuthaigatharar'. As Raasati, a Madurai-based girl madly in love with hero Karan, she has the girl-next-door looks es sential for the dhavani-pavadai, sari wearing heroine often seen in Tamil films. Added to that, her lip sync is perfect with the dubbing. It seems director Bala was so impressed with her that he is likely to cast her in the place of Bhavana in his 'Nan Kadavul'.
