Paul Nicolás Aguilar Rojas (born March 6, 1986 in Concordia) is a Mexican football defender currently playing for C.F. Pachuca in Mexico. He has been selected by Javier Aguirre in the 23 men mexican team for the FIFA World Cup 2010 in South Africa.

A very adventurous right-back who made his full international bow against Colombia in September 2009, marking the occasion with a goal in a 2-1 defeat. He was on the scoresheet again in a 5-0 thumping of Bolivia earlier this year and that goal may have helped him to secure his place in Mexico's 23-man World Cup party.

Aguilar has been a regular in the Pachuca first team for the past four years, helping them claim the Mexican 'Clausura' (Closing) championship in 2007 and the 2008 and 2010 CONCACAF Champions' Cup. He also took part in the 2007 and 2008 editions of the World Club Cup.

Until the age of 12, his favourite sport was baseball. Off the field he is an enthusiastic cook, with a special flair for preparing fish and seafood. Mexico fans will be hoping he is ready to cook up a very special stew for South Africa this summer.
