Navin Kundra life and biography

Navin Kundra was born on 11 January, 1985. He is a British-Indian multi talented singer, songwriter and composer. He has the ability to perform in English, Hindi, and Punjabi and the talent to incorporate a wide range of multi-cultural genres into his music. Navin’s style captures the essence of Asian music while giving it a contemporary feel, thus catering to audiences of all ages and backgrounds.

Navin has stepped on to the Urban Desi scene with his sweet vocals and gorgeous melodies that have captured the hearts of many. Navin’s album is due out later this year, but he has already graced us with a number of singles just in time for the summer. He released Mehooba back in February and it was pretty popular not just among audiences and fans, but also among producers and fellow artists.

Producer Bharat Goel first gave it a go in the video for Mehooba and then we got a whole new vibe from the remix as Roach Killa and Surinder Rattan transformed the tune. In June, Navin dropped the video for Jee Le. The song is sure to scorch dance floors with its infectious beat. Other popular songs he delivered in 2010 were Love Thing and Tere Liye.

Navin’s first break came a few years ago on his 19th birthday when he represented the U.K. in an exclusive World Series of Zee TV’s hit show Se Re Ga Ma. He showcased his talent and impressed many. After his performance of “Feel” by Robbie Williams, the judges, who included critically acclaimed producer Rishi Rich, declared Navin the winner of the competition. Navin’s debut song was called Tukde, Tukde and it put him on the map.

Since then, Navin has received a number of awards including Best Male Act and Best Song and has had four singles hit the Top 10 Charts. Navin Kundra’s long anticipated album is due out in late 2010.
