Zayed Abbas Khan (born 5 July 1980), is an Indian actor who appears in Bollywood films.

Khan's parents are former Bollywood actor Sanjay Khan and interior designer Zarine Khan. Khan is the youngest of four children. His older sisters are Simone Khan (wife of Ajay Arora), Sussanne Roshan (wife of Bollywood actor Hrithik Roshan), and Farah Khan Ali (wife of DJ Aqeel). Khan is related as cousin to yet another Bollywood actor, Fardeen Khan, whose father is the late actor Feroz Khan.

Khan attended Welham Boys' School, Dehradun, and later Kodaikanal International School, Kodaikanal, with childhood friend Esha Deol and Mallaika Parekh. Zayed Khan married Mallaika Parekh on 20 November 2005 in an Islamic Nikah ceremony. They have a son, Ziddan, who was born on 18 January 2008.

Career

Khan made his Bollywood debut in a film Chura Liyaa Hai Tumne opposite Esha Deol. His performance was nominated for the Zee Cine Award for Best Male Debut.

The biggest success of his career was the blockbuster Main Hoon Na (directed by Farah Khan) where he played the half-brother of Shahrukh Khan and was paired opposite Amrita Rao. The film was produced by Shahrukh's Red Chillies Entertainment and also starred Sushmita Sen, Suniel Shetty and Naseeruddin Shah.

Khan then starred as a cop in action film Dus along with Sanjay Dutt, Suniel Shetty, Shilpa Shetty and Abhishek Bachchan. In 2008, he appeared in Mission Istanbul, alongside Vivek Oberoi and Shriya Saran.

He made a special appearance in Om Shanti Om. Also, he has costarred in Yuvvraaj and Blue. He has two forthcoming films called "Sharafat Gayi Tel Lene" and also "Anjaana Anjaani".

He has only had two solo films which are Chura Liyaa Hai Tumne and Rocky: The Rebel. He had an interview which stated he preferred multi-starrer films, not solo films.
