NFL CAREER HIGHLIGHTS:
• Originally selected by Buffalo in the seventh round (251st overall) of the 2008 NFL Draft. Was waived following training camp (8/28/08). Signed to the Green Bay Packers practice squad (10/27/08) before signing to Jacksonville’s active roster later that season (12/8/08) for the final four weeks.
• During the 2009 season, was signed back and forth from the practice squad to the 53-man roster multiple times. Was on the roster five weeks and saw action on special teams in four games posting four total tackles.
COLLEGE:
Started final 24 games, appearing in 47.Totaled 98 career tackles (66 solo) and two interceptions. Started 12 games as a senior totaling 32 tackles, an interception and a fumble recovery. Named the team’s most improved player as a junior.
PERSONAL:
Three-year starter at Miami Killian High School, playing wide receiver as a sopho- more and junior before playing quarterback as a senior. Has three cousins playing in the NFL: Torrie Cox (CBTampa Bay), Marcus Hamilton (S San Francisco), and Roscoe Parrish (WR Buffalo). Is single with a son, Quanard, and a daughter, Kanaria.
