Junior Siavii is an American football defensive tackle for the Seattle Seahawks of the National Football League. He was drafted by the Kansas City Chiefs in the second round of the 2004 NFL Draft. He played college football at Oregon.

Signed with Seattle as a free agent on September 6, 2010.

NFL CAREER HIGHLIGHTS:
* Originally drafted by Kansas City in the second round (36th overall) of the 2004 NFL Draft. Played two seasons for the Chiefs before being released after training camp in 2006. Signed with Dallas on January 23, 2008, before being released on August 30, 2008. Signed with Dallas following the season on January 12, 2010.
* Set season career bests in games played (16), tackles (29), and pressures (four) as part of defensive line rotation in 2009. * Made postseason debut in the Wild Card Game vs. Philadelphia (1/9/10), but did not record a tackle.
* Recorded five tackles (one for loss) in the Divisional Game at Minnesota. * Set career-high with seven tackles and one pass defensed vs. Atlanta (10/25/09).
* Was placed on PUP during training camp of 2006 before being released prior to the season. Out football in 2006-08. * Recovered first and only fumble at the New York Giants (12/17/05).
* Recorded first and only career sack at Denver (9/12/04).

COLLEGE:

Played in 25 games with 13 starts at Oregon, finishing his collegiate career with 58 tackles, 2.5 sacks, 8.5 tackles for losses, three pass breakups and a fumble recov- ery. Saw time in 13 games with 11 starts as a senior and earned honorable mention All-Pac 10 honors with 43 stops, two sacks, six tackles for losses and a fumble recovery. In 12 games as a junior, had 15 tackles, a half sack and 2.5 tackles for losses. Was ineligible in 2001 and spent the year earning his degree at Butte Junior College. Spent two years at Butte and earned All-NorCal Conference honors in 2000. Began his career at Dixie College in St. George, Utah in 1999.

Attended Tafuna High School in Pago Pago, American Samoa, a U.S. territory located in the South Pacific halfway between Hawaii and New Zealand. Born Saousoalii Poe Siavii, Jr.. Has an associate’s degree in sociology.
