•At 6-foot-5, Nedney is among the tallest kickers in the NFL.
•While playing for the Arizona Cardinals, Joe got a tattoo that every player strives for. “A local tattoo artist in Flagstaff put his artwork up for a silent auction item,” Nedney said. “Whoever was the highest bidder got the artwork they wanted on their body.” All of the proceeds went to a charity that supports Northern Arizona youth football. Joe made the winning bid and decided to permanently align himself with the NFL logo. “I brought the logo in and the artist put his own little flair into it. I figured I would get the NFL logo and not the team logo because if I put the team logo I would probably have about 9 logos on my leg. I figured that would be a safe bet,” Nedney joked.
