Jelena Jankovic life and biography

Jelena Janković is a former World No. 1 Serbian professional tennis player. She was runner up at the 2008 US Open and mixed doubles winner at the 2007 Wimbledon. Janković is currently ranked World No. 6, being coached by the former ATP top 15 player, Andrei Pavel.

She now resides in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

After a run of 10 straight losses early in 2006, Jelena Jankovic considered quitting the sport. But the Serb’s career took off from there, as she finished 2008 ranked No. 1 in the world after reaching her first and so far only Slam final at the U.S. Open.
