Jay Richardson life and biography

Jay Richardson is an American football Defensive end for the Seattle Seahawks of the National Football League. He played college football for THE Ohio State Buckeyes, where he majored in African Studies. He has also been a member of the Oakland Raiders.

He played high school football for Dublin Scioto High School in Dublin, Ohio.

Richardson finished the 2008 regular season with 51 total tackles (37 solo and 14 assisted) and 3.0 sacks. As of January 16, 2009 Richardson has 84 total tackles and 4.0 sacks for his career.

Richardson was placed on Injured Reserve before the start of the 2010 NFL season, but may be waived later with an Injury Settlement.

Richardson was signed by the Seattle Seahawks November 3, 2010 .
