Jason Jones stands out as one of the most promising and imposing young Titans defenders. The former second-round draft choice was a significant contributor in his rookie season, totaling five sacks in 2008, and was well on his way to furthering his progress before a shoulder injury derailed his second campaign. With two full NFL offseasons under his belt to add strength to his 6-foot-5-inch frame, Jones is primed to raise his level of play in 2010.
CAREER HIGHLIGHTS:
• In 2009, Jones tied for third on the team with four sacks despite being limited to seven games due to a shoulder injury.

• In a game against Pittsburgh during his rookie season (12/21/08), Jones recorded the best single-game sack total by a Titans player since 1993.
