Galina Olegovna Voskoboeva is a professional Russian-born Kazakhstani tennis player. Her highest WTA singles ranking is 64th, which she reached on February 16, 2009. Her career high in doubles is 31st, set at January 29, 2007.

She turned pro in 2002. During her career, she has won two ITF singles titles: in Mont-de-Marsan in 2003, and Cuneo in 2006. She reached her career high in doubles on January 29, 2007. In 2008, Voskoboeva managed to qualify for the Qatar Total Open in Doha.
