Eric Wright life and biography

Eric Wright is an American football cornerback for the Cleveland Browns of the National Football League. He was drafted by the Browns in the second round of the 2007 NFL Draft. He played college football at USC and UNLV.

2009:
Started all 16 games at left cornerback and tallied 65 tackles (1 for loss), four interceptions and 14 passes defensed, a figure which led the team… Interception total tied with Brodney Pool for the team lead and tied for tenth in the AFC… Tackle total was fourth on the club. Prepped at Archbishop Riordan High School in San Francisco…Was a 2002 Super Prep All-America, Super Prep All-Farwest, Prep Star All-West, Tacoma News Tribune Western 100, All-Northern California co-MVP and San Francisco Chronicle All-Metro first team honoree as a senior running back and defensive back…As a senior, rushed for 1,166 yards and 17 touchdowns and caught 18 passes for 268 yards (14.9 avg.) with four scores…Added 80 tackles, four forced fumbles, two interceptions and 10 pass breakups on defense…Member of the track team where he competed in the 100-meters and the long jump…Interests are centered around music as he played trumpet in a jazz band in his youth and currently enjoys music production.
