Edward Kai "Ed" Wang is an American football offensive lineman for the Buffalo Bills.

PRO:
Selected in the fifth-round (140th overall) of the 2010 NFL Draft…became the first Chinese-American player drafted into the NFL… team’s seventh draft selection from Virginia Tech

COLLEGE:
Began his career at Virginia Tech as a tight end before making the switch to tackle during the 2008 season… started 36-of-47 games, his final 27 starts at left tackle, eight at right tackle and one at tight end

2009:
All-Atlantic Coast Conference second-team selection… started all 13 games at left tackle, providing the team with eight touchdown-resulting blocks… added solo tackle in the Chick fil-A Bowl… helped an improved offense rank 14th in the nation in rushing (208.15 ypg)

2008:
Started all 14 games at left tackle… helped the rushing attack total 23 touchdowns as Tech runners posted 174.36 yards per game average to rank 35th in the nation… earned the Team United Award as the offensive player who put the team first during spring practice

2007:
Started the final eight games at right tackle… part of an offense that averaged 330.5 yards per game… moved to left offensive tackle in spring drills after the season

2006:
Saw action in primarily at tight end and special teams in 12 games during the season with one start… made the transition from tight end to tackle late in the season

Worked at tight end during a redshirt year... caught two passes for 28 yards in the first spring scrimmage
