Born and raised in Southern California, he returned to the west coast after graduating with a degree in Business and minor in Finance from the University of Denver. During this time Rogers also earned his real estate license.
Since the start of his career, Rogers has built and maintained a reputation among power-player clientele, including professional athletes, celebrities and high-ranking business officials. He works for Rick Hilton and Jeff Hyland at the prestigious Hilton & Hyland real estate brokerage. Chad frequently consults with various media outlets including The Los Angeles Times, LA Direct, Wall Street Journal, Chicago Tribune, Angeleno Magazine, InTouch Weekly, The Real Deal, TCHAD Magazine and Hot Properties. Rogers speaks at engagements such as Scottsdale Luxury Home tour Holiday Soiree event, The University of Redlands, LA's Matters on Design event, Natpe, The Learning Annex NYC and the "Success 101 Speakers Series" hosted by the Young Professionals Global Network at Pepperdine University in Malibu.
