Arunoday Singh is an Indian film actor, born in 1983 in Madhya Pradesh.

He was born in a Rajput family and is the grandson of late Indian politician, Arjun Singh, ex Chief Minister and Union Minister.

He completed his schooling at a boarding school at Kodaikanal, where he used to perform in school plays. An alumnus of Brandeis University, after his graduation, he took up acting courses at the New York Film Academy, and enrolled in the Acting Studio in New York. He also performed in plays during this period.

Arunoday debuted with the film, Sikandar (2009), playing a Kashmiri terrorist. He went on to act in Anil Kapoor's home production, Aisha (2010), the adaptation of the novel, Emma by Jane Austen, alongside Sonam Kapoor. In the same year, he appeared in Vinay Shukla's Mirch - a collage of five stories, with Raima Sen and Konkana Sen Sharma, where he played the central character of a struggling film director. His latest project was Sudhir Mishra's film, Yeh Saali Zindagi (2011).

His inspiration as an actor is the legendary Bollywood actor, Marlon Brando.
