Arjun Rampal life and biography

Arjun Rampal is an award-winning Indian actor who appears in Bollywood films, as well as a fashion model. Arjun Rampal was born to Armajeet Rampal and Gwen in the year 1972.

He has a BA degree from Hindu College, Delhi. Arjun is currently married to former model Mehr Jessia and they have two daughters, Mahika and Myra. Actress Kim Sharma is Arjun Rampal’s cousin. Rampal began his profession as a model and later on debuted in the film Pyaar Ishq Aur Mohabbat. He was proclaimed Society's Face of the Year in 1994.Arjun Rampal’s first film Moksha, directed by Ashok Mehta, was not a hit.Arjun's acting career happened out of the blue when Rajiv Rai approached him for Pyaar Ishq Aur Mohabbat. He immediately agreed to do any of the three main roles. It took Arjun four years for his first film to release, but he has finally hit the right note with the film Rock On!!, in which he gave a rocking performance as Joe Mascarenhas. He's currently judging Nach Baliye 4 with Farah Khan and Karisma Kapur.

Arjun Rampal was born in Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh, India on 26 November 1972 to a Punjabi Brahmin family from Delhi. His father’s name is Amarjeet Rampal and his mother’s name is Gwen Rampal. Arjun along with his sister attended the Kodaikanal International School situated at Palani Hills in Tamil Nadu. His mother was a teacher in the school at the time. Arjun went on to complete his Bachelor’s degree in Economics stream from the highly regarded Hindu College in Delhi. Actress Kim Sharma is his cousin.

Arjun Rampal married former Miss India and supermodel Mehr Jesia and they have two daughters, Mahikaa, born on 17 January 2002 and Myra, born June 2005.
