Anuja life and biography

Anuja Iyer, better known by her screen name Anuja is an Indian actress who has acted in Tamil films.

She was born in Chennai which is situated in Tamil Nadu, India. She is also called as Sandya Iyer on the screen. She has done her schooling from a Rosary Matric School in Santhome Chennai.

She started her film career from a movie entitled as Sivi which was a horror flick. In this movie she played an amazing role of a ghost and on this role she was praised by many big personalities of this Film Industry. Mudhal Mudhal Mudhal Varaj was her second film. This was the very first film of Tamil Cinema that has won an award in the international Film Festival on the grounds of its original approach to film making. This was an urban centric movie from the Tamil Cinemas and done a huge business.

In his movie her role was once again loved by the audience of the film. In this way she made a rank in the Tamil actress and also in the hearts of people. This film was released in 2008. In this year, her one more movie was also released which was Ninaithale Inikkum.

She played a role of TV Journalist in a film which title was Unnaipol Oruvan. In this movie she played role with expert actors namely Kamal Haasan, Venkatesh and Mohanlal. Because of her acting in this movie, she has been also nominated for the Awar of Best Supporting Actress in Film Fare Award ceremony. Currently her new film is under progress which tile is Kadhal 2 Kalyanam.
