Anjana Sukhani life and biography

Anjana Sukhani is a Bollywood Indian actress who was born into a Sindhi family hailing from Jaipur.

Sukhani completed her schooling in Kamla High School, Mumbai and went on to obtain a Master's degree in International Business and Foreign Trade, but decided to put her academic pursuits behind to pursue acting. She has worked in nearly forty commercials starting with a Cadbury's Dairy Milk ad with Amitabh Bachchan and was also seen in a music video 'Dulhnaiya Mar Jayegi'. Anjana was also noted for her performance in the remixed Hindi music video for the song 'ghar jayegi'. Even though she does not have a film industry related background, she has figured in sizable roles in multi-starrer block buster movies such as 'Salaam-e-ishq'. Anjana has acted in Golmaal Returns, sequel to the 2006 hit movie Golmaal. Her latest projects are 'Jai-Veeru' (2009), 'Allah ke Banday' (2009) and 'Jashn' (2009) and 'MaLeyali Jotheyali' (2010).

Anjana Sukhani is a vegetarian, loves reading, poetry, writing, and traveling. She calls herself a big movie bluff, her favorite book is 'Love Story' by Erich Segal and her favorite movies are 'Sweet November' (2001) and 'Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge' (1995).
