Aleksandar Pavlović is a professional basketball player for the Boston Celtics of the National Basketball Association.

Pavlović spent one year playing high school basketball in the Baltimore Catholic League where he attended and helped Archbishop Spalding High School (Severn, Maryland) to their first league championship under current John Carroll School head coach Tony Martin. Pavlović was a first-team All-BCL pick as a senior at the school.

Played in 51 games (45 starts)…averaged 7.4 points per game and set career highs in rebounds per game (2.5), minutes per game (23.3) and assists per game (1.6)…in his career-high 45 starts, averaged 8.0 points, 2.6 rebounds and 1.7 assists per game…scored 15 or more points in five games and in double figures in 15 games…posted a season-high 24 points on 9-15 shooting including 5-9 from three-point range at Washington on March 13…posted 22 points, including 4-7 from three-point range, and added five assists on Nov. 25 at Indiana…dished out a career-high seven assists on Jan. 23 against Washington…over a five-game stretch from Nov. 25–Dec. 2 averaged 15.4 points and 2.8 rebounds per game while scoring in double figures in all five games…led or tied for the team lead in steals in six games and in blocks on one occasion…was on the Inactive List for 23 games from Jan. 25–March 10 with a left midfoot sprain…did not dress for the game on Nov. 12 at Denver due to back spasms, on Feb. 22 versus Washington with a left midfoot sprain and versus Detroit on April 16 with a left ankle sprain…was a DNP-CD on four occasions.
