Agnieszka Radwańska is a WTA Tour Polish tennis player. Her career high singles ranking is World No. 8, which she achieved on 22 February 2010. As of 31 January 2011, she is ranked World No. 10.

A relatively small but crafty baseliner, Agnieszka Radwanska made her Grand Slam main-draw debut at Wimbledon in 2006 and reached the fourth round. She’s the first Polish woman to make it that far at a major. She finished 2006, her first full season on tour, at No. 57 in the world. In 2007 she won her first career title, in Stockholm, and defeated defending champion Maria Sharapova en route to the fourth round of the U.S. Open, finishing the season ranked No. 26. Radwanska added three more titles in 2008 and made the quarterfinals of the Australian Open and Wimbledon. In July 2008, she became the first Polish woman to crack the Top 10. Radwanska didn’t win any titles in 2009, but she did return to the Wimbledon quarterfinals and, for the second straight year, she finished the season ranked No. 10. She was the junior champion at Wimbledon in 2005 and at the French Open in 2006. Her sister, Urszula, who is 21 months younger, is a pro player who finished 2009 ranked No. 66.
